This experience offers you the opportunity to savor the authentic traditional flavor during a three-course lunch or dinner tasting 5 of our Diacceroni wines artfully paired with typical Tuscan dishes of our region.
During this lunch or dinner, you will interact with our expert staff who will illustrate, in Italian and English, all the secrets and curiosities of winemaking: the growth of the vines, the artisan methods of processing the grapes and the role of wine in the traditional Tuscan cuisine, you will also get to know the techniques of cultivating the vine, of the vinification processes and the aging of wine.

This experience takes you to discover the world of wine: you will stroll through the vineyard of a local winery, visit the cellar, and deepen your knowledge of winemaking in the barrel room. At the end you will have the opportunity to savor the authentic traditional flavor tasting the wines of this winery.
